About 65 Rose Athletics

Hi every one! My name is Ryne Beck. I have been in the physical fitness world for a decade now and I am hoping I can bring my knowledge, expertise, and experience to you, in a way that fits what you need. I attended Southern Arkansas University, and graduated with my degree in kinesiology with emphasis in strength and conditioning. During my time as an undergrad I interned at the University of Miami (FL) working with the football team for a short amount of time. During my final year of undergrad I coached at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. In my home state again I was able to coach and work with every student athlete while in Durant. Shortly after graduating from SAU I moved home and began running a gym here in the metro. While in quarantine Celia from the Foundation reached out to me about a company that was promoting physical fitness for those with cystic fibrosis. As I watched the coaching videos I thought to my self " I can do this better with proper science, form, and I have CF so I have a better understanding". From there I began working on 65 Rose Athletics. I hope that I am able to help through my understanding of this disease that effects us on a day to day basis.

Please, please, please reach out if you have CF or your a family member of someone fighting this disease.

Love you all

Coach Beck
